Kadyrov announces dispatch of another detachment of volunteers to Ukraine

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has announced that a new group of volunteers had left for the zone of the special military operation.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Ramzan Kadyrov regularly reports about sending volunteers to Ukraine. So, on October 10, the leader of Chechnya announced that more than 200 volunteers had left the Grozny airport for the zone of the special military operation.

In 1994-1996, the first Chechen military campaign, Ramzan Kadyrov fought on the side of the separatists, but in the autumn of 1999, at the beginning of the second Chechen military campaign, he and his father Akhmat Kadyrov went over to the side of the Russian federal troops.

According to a video posted on the Telegram channel, volunteers were trained at the Russian University of Special Forces.

Ramzan Kadyrov also reported that his three sons took part in the fighting in the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine. Three captured prisoners of war (POWs) were brought to Grozny by decision of Ramzan Kadyrov’s children.

On October 10, Ramzan Kadyrov also announced that more than 500 volunteer medical workers were ready to leave Chechnya for Donbass. His announcement was preceded by a public apology from nurse Kheda Khazueva for her words about the impending mobilization of Chechen medical workers.

Let us remind you that on October 1, the leader of Chechnya criticized the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the situation in the town of Krasny Liman and proposed declaring martial law in the border areas, as well as using nuclear weapons. However, after the reports about massive missile strikes on the Ukraine’s infrastructure, Ramzan Kadyrov declared that he was completely satisfied with the conduct of the special military operation.
