Kadyrov claims that POWs were brought to Grozny by his children's decision

Three Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) have been brought to Grozny by decision of the children of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Chechen state TV channel had released a report showing Ramzan's minor sons in a trench. Many commentators have treated the video report as an element of Ramzan Kadyrov's publicity, and doubted that the report was filmed during a real battle on the frontline.

On October 3, Kadyrov announced that his three sons were preparing to be sent to Ukraine, where they would be in the most difficult hostility zones. This caused confusion among social media users, who noted that it was too early for the kids to go to the fighting zone.

The sons of the head of Chechnya, Akhmat, Eli and Adam, decided to bring three POWs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Grozny, Kadyrov said in his Telegram channel.

According to his version, at the frontline, Akhmat, Eli and Adam Kadyrov "together with other Chechen fighters, took part in the special operation to liquidate the enemy's fortified point." "The results were another captured position, a liquidated enemy's detachment and six captured Ukrainian POWs," Kadyrov has reported, adding that his sons "contributed essentially to the success of the special operation."
