Video about participation of Kadyrov’s sons in battle provokes ironic comments in social media

The “Grozny” ChGTRK (State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company) posted a video report in which minor sons of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov are depicted staying in a trench. In their comments, social media users considered the video an element of PR steps for the leader of the republic. The social media users doubted that what was happening was really filmed during a battle on the front line.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on October 19, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced that his three sons had taken part in the hostilities.

The video posted on Instagram* depicts Akhmat, Eli, and Adam Kadyrov sitting in a trench, with gunfire heard in the background.

In their comments, some social media users noticed that the camera man did not work from the trench, but was filming the video staying in his full growth.

“Perhaps, only Ramzan Kadyrov himself can believe that his sons actually took part in real hostilities ... Shooting from a submachine gun and hitting some invisible targets from an automatic grenade launcher for a video camera is not proof of participation in a real battle,” user rodger.romaguera believes.

The reports about the participation of Ramzan Kadyrov’s relatives in the special military operation are supplemented by a report about the transportation of three captured Ukrainians to Grozny. They were brought to Chechnya under escort after the children of Ramzan Kadyrov had made their trip to Donbass. Ramzan Kadyrov promised that the prisoners of war (POWs) would be able to return home in the future, the RIA “Novosti” reports.
