Kadyrov boasts of his sons' participation in hostilities

Akhmat, Eli and Adam Kadyrov provided fire cover for the advancing Chechen fighters, Ramzan Kadyrov has reported, posting a video of his sons firing grenade launchers and a machine gun from behind a bush.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the three above underage sons of Ramzan Kadyrov starred in a propaganda report by the "Grozny" TV Channel from Mariupol and posed for a photo for the press service of the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), who had decorated their sister, Aishat Kadyrova, with an order. The children of the head of Chechnya, who visited the zone of the military operation, were also shown the trophies captured in Ukraine.

Before that, the head of Chechnya stated that his three sons were preparing to depart to Ukraine, where they would be stay in the most difficult sections of the combat line. This statement caused bewilderment among social network users.

According to the head of Chechnya, his sons "came close" to opponents' positions and "provided fire cover for the advancing fighters."

Ramzan Kadyrov has also noted that his children had "addressed" the Chechens who are fighting for Ukraine with a proposal to come to the frontline.

In another post he has stated that the unit his children visited took control over a farm that had not been recaptured since 2014. "Chechen warriors needed only six persons to capture this point from the enemy," Kadyrov has reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that in October it became known about the arrival in Ukraine of the field commander Rustam Azhiev, who had joined forces with one of the leaders of the unrecognized Chechen Republic of Ichkeria* Akhmed Zakaev in order to achieve the independence of Chechnya. He was appointed deputy commander-in-chief of Ichkeria and received the rank of colonel. The number of Chechen detachments fighting on the side of Ukraine is growing, their combat experience is in demand, the sources have reported.
