Official from KBR's commissariat explains prohibitions for those subject to mobilization
The males of the conscription age who are subject to mobilization can freely move around the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), but they can't leave its borders, even if they have not yet received a summons, the republic's military commissariat has explained.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 22, after the President of Russia announced the partial mobilization, an order of the KBR's military commissar was posted on the Telegram channel of the administration of the Baksan District, according to which the reserve military servicemen, even those who have not received summons yet, were forbidden to leave Baksan, and also the Baksan and Zolsky Districts.
"They won't let you out of the republic if you are of the draft age. The summonses are still being served; they haven't finished yet, the process is still underway," the officer on duty at the KBR's military commissariat has explained.
Let us remind you that on September 21, in Dagestan and two districts of the Krasnodar Territory, military commissars forbade those who are subject to mobilization to leave their dwelling settlements.
