Kadyrov cancels mobilization in Chechnya

No partial mobilization will be held in Chechnya. It follows from the report of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company). Ramzan Kadyrov, who had earlier criticized the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD), has explained this by saying that his republic has already exceeded the plan of sending fighters to Ukraine.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Kadyrov said that "some 15-20 women came out to a rally against mobilization" in Grozny. He has called mobilization opponents as people's enemies.

The head of Chechnya has stated that no recruitment into the armed forces will be conducted in Chechnya, since during the military operation the republic has exceeded the plan three times.
