Amid Ramzan Kadyrov's reports about the next sending of special force fighters to Ukraine, a video has appeared in social networks of the oath recited by combatants from Chechnya, pledging to "wage gazavat (sacred war) in the name of Allah."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 15, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that Russian governors should proactively announce self-mobilization in their regions in order to form detachments and send them to Ukraine.

The personnel of the battalions named "West-Akhmat" and "East-Akhmat", together with their commanders, had left for Donbass, Kadyrov declared on September 16 on his Telegram channel.

On September 15, a video was posted on the Telegram channel "ChPGrozny95", in which a large group of people in camouflage speaks in chorus in Chechen, repeating after a man in civilian clothes. At first, people say "Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim" - a prayer that is proclaimed before any good deed. Further, the person says that they all intend to defend the religion of the Almighty and contribute to its strengthening, as well as to fight the opponents of this religion, "the army of Iblis (devil)", mentioning "gazavat".
