Ingush resident blames doctors for his son's death
After falling from the horizontal bar, a son of Alikhan Kharsiev, a resident of the Malgobek District, felt unwell. Several doctors examined him, but for several days they failed to diagnose him correctly. The boy died on the surgery. Kharsiev seeks punishment for the doctors, whom he accuses of negligence and non-professionalism.
Alikhan Kharsiev, a resident of the village of Novy Redant, Malgobek District, has posted a video in social networks, in which he told that in late August, his son fell down from a horizontal bar.
After the fall, the boy's leg swelled up; he began suffering from severe pain, and felt nauseous. His father took him to hospital. There, the son was x-rayed, but they found nothing and sent him home. Kharsiev went to another doctor, who diagnosed a bone fracture. The boy's leg was put in plaster; medications were prescribed, said the author of the video, posted on September 12 in the "Mash Gor" Telegram channel and in the "Fortanga Org" YouTube channel.
However, a few days later, the boy did not feel better. An ambulance was called; the doctor suggested that the boy had internal injuries. He was taken to hospital, where he was diagnosed with appendicitis. The surgery was scheduled for the next morning, as the boy was severely dehydrated. In the morning, as the father narrated, doctors called him and said that the boy needed an urgent surgery; and an hour later they said that the boy had died.
The father believes that if it were not for doctors' negligent attitude, his son could have been saved. He has stated that he will apply to all the instances.
