Kadyrov links protraction of special operation with Putin

Ramzan Kadyrov has called on the President of Russia to let Chechen fighters to complete the special military operation in Ukraine. According to him version, the Chechen units are ready to "go to Europe."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Security Service of Ukraine (known as the SBU) informed that Kadyrov was suspected of participating in the military operation in Ukraine and of the intent to change the borders of Ukraine. In response, the head of Chechnya stated that "I would have taken Kyiv a long time ago."

Kadyrov has stated on his Telegram channel that "great opportunities" have appeared "right in the Chechen units."

Both prior to the special operation and in the course thereof, the head of Chechnya has repeatedly declared his readiness to annex Ukraine. Russian militaries are acting slowly and inefficiently in Ukraine, Kadyrov stated on February 27, advising Putin, as supreme commander, to order a "decisive assault" on Ukrainian dwelling settlements.

On March 5, the head of Chechnya wrote: "Soon Kyiv will be completely ours," and on July 8, he noted that Chechen fighters are ready, on Putin's orders, "to take by storm any dwelling settlement."

At the same time, before the start of the special operation, Kadyrov, after his statements on foreign policy issues, was repeatedly rebuked by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that since mid-July, law enforcers in Chechnya changed their chevrons – inscriptions appeared on their backs: "On Kyiv!"
