Krasnodar garrison military tribunal has passed sentences to two soldiers on the case of non-statutory relations in Krasnodar region.
A 21-year-old private recruited from the town of Korenovsk in Kuban is found guilty under articles 334 (violent actions resulting in inflicting serious or medium damage to health or other serious consequences) and 335 (violation of statutory rules and relations between military servicemen in the absence of subordinate relations) of Russian CC. He is sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment at ordinary penal colony.
The second defendant, a 22-year-old resident of Volgograd, is only sentenced under article 335 of the CC to 4 years of imprisonment at ordinary penal colony, reports RIA Novosti with reference to military tribunal representatives.

The investigation established that soldiers had repeatedly beaten and humiliated the victim. About ten persons more were recognized as victims on the case.
