Behaviour of Chechen youth in Izberbash angers Kadyrov

The head of Chechnya has instructed officials and policemen to stop cases of inappropriate behaviour of "individual Chechen nationals outside the region." Ramzan Kadyrov's order appeared after reports in social networks about Chechen girls' dancing during a seaside holiday in Izberbash.

Messages that residents of Chechnya behave indecently in Dagestan appeared in social networks and instant messengers.

One of the audios posted in the "ChPGrozny95" Telegram channel on August 11 reports that Chechen girls have fun at night at the seashore in Izberbash and sing songs to Dagestani guys. Chechen guys don't try to stop the girls and dance lezginka there themselves, says the audio record translated from Chechen by the "Caucasian Knot".

Magomed Daudov, the Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, has addressed the heads of ROVDs (District Interior Divisions) and district heads citing Ramzan Kadyrov's instruction to "immediately start strictly suppressing the inappropriate behaviour of individual Chechen nationals outside the region," the post on the "ChP/Chechnya" Telegram channel reports.
