In Armenia, villagers demand to solve problem with supply of power and water

The protesters said they blocked the road in protest against regular problems with power and water outages. The villagers clarified that the water supply stops after a power outage. The people emphasized that they had repeatedly complained about the problem to the authorities, but, according to the protestors, there was no reaction from the officials, the “Shamshyan.com” reports today.
The villagers demanded a meeting with the Minister of Economy of Armenia and the Governor of the Armavir Region. The police were sent to the scene of the protest. The law enforcers asked the protesters to unblock the road, which was refused. After that, a clash arose between the protestors and the law enforcers, the “Shamshyan.com” reports.
