Residents of Georgia support Ukraine at their actions

The participants of the action in Tbilisi in memory of the children who died in Ukraine brought children's shoes to the parliament building; a similar action was held in Kutaisi.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Georgia hosts actions in support of Ukraine. On March 29, trade union activists of Georgia held a rally in front of the parliament building. They expressed solidarity with the people of Ukraine and spoke in favour of European integration.

On March 30, residents of Tbilisi held a performance action near the parliament building. They exhibited children's shoes there in memory of the children who perished in Ukraine, the "Formula" TV Channel has reported.

A rally in support of Ukrainians was also held in Kutaisi. The organizers also brought children's shoes to the Lado Meskhshishvili Theatre. In front of the theatre, an inscription "Children" was made. The action was held within the framework of the "We are for U" campaign, the "Adjara" TV Channel has reported.

"We are two nations [...] with a common pain," Akaki Saginadze, one of the organizers of the "We are for U" campaign, told reporters.
