Death toll in Nagorno-Karabakh shelling increases to three

During the drone attacks, three militaries of the Defence Army were killed, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the unrecognized republic has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 25, Nagorno-Karabakh authorities announced that Azerbaijani militaries had shelled the positions of the Defence Army; as a result, two contract servicemen were killed. Gegam Stepanyan, the Karabakh Ombudsperson reported about 14 wounded servicemen.

On March 24, the information headquarters of Nagorno-Karabakh stated that Azerbaijani militaries had violated the contact line in the Askeran District of Karabakh; and women and children were evacuated from the communities of Parukh and Khramort. Azerbaijani militaries occupied the village of Parukh in the Askeran District, the village head has informed. In its turn, Baku has refuted the reports about the advance of Azerbaijani troops in Karabakh.

Three contract servicemen of the Defence Army of Nagorno-Karabakh were killed in the strike of an Azerbaijani combat drone – David Mirzoyan (born in 1978), Ishkhan Oganyan (born in 1994) and Ararat Tevosyan (born in 1990), the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh MoD has informed.
