Residents of the Nerkin Hand community complained that they had to stop driving out livestock and lost their livelihood after the Azerbaijani armed forces were deployed on new positions. On March 24, Nagorno-Karabakh claimed that the Azerbaijani military had violated the line of contact in the Askeran District, but Baku denied the accusations.
