Kadyrov announces sending a thousand volunteers to Ukraine

Today, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has announced that a thousand volunteers left Chechnya for the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine. According to the leader of Chechnya, Chechen fighters, who had earlier gone to Ukraine, are taking part in the storming of the city of Mariupol.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that several thousand Chechen law enforcers gathered at a rally in Grozny on February 25. When delivering his speech to them, Ramzan Kadyrov said that more than 70,000 volunteers were ready to go to fight in Ukraine.

Today, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has posted on his Telegram channel a message about sending a thousand volunteers to Ukraine. “Apty Alaudinov, the aide to the leader of the Chechen Republic for the power bloc (...), is being sent to participate in the special military operation as the head of a thousand volunteers from the Chechen Republic,” Ramzan Kadyrov reported.

The leader of Chechnya has noted that Apty Alaudinov is “an experienced fighter, (...) an excellent coordinator of actions, able to make the right decisions in a difficult combat situation.”

Today, Ramzan Kadyrov has also reported about the participation of Chechen fighters in the storming of Mariupol. “Chechen fighters continue to take an active part in the storming of Mariupol. (...) The task is being complicated by the presence of civilians in the zone of combat clashes, and the fighters have to act very carefully,” the leader of Chechnya said.
