The board of judges has terminated the resignation of the former judge Saidi Yangulbaev, thus he is deprived of immunity, the "Ekho Moskvy" has reported today on its website.

The resignation decision was made by unanimous secret ballot at a sitting of the Qualifying Colleague of Chechen Judges, the RIA "Novosti" has reported today.

Alavdin Gardaloev, the Chairman of the Board of Judges of Chechnya has stated that the actions of Saidi Yangulbaev are incompatible with the status of a retired judge.
