Azerbaijan hands soldier's remains over to Armenia

In Shushi, Azerbaijan has handed the remains of a military serviceman over to the Armenian party. Thus, the overall number of bodies and remains found in the conflict zone after the November 2020 hostilities has reached 1707, the Nagorno-Karabakh Emergency Service has informed.

"In the city of Shushi (the Azerbaijani name is Shusha), the Azerbaijani party has handed over to the State Emergency Service the body of an Armenian soldier found in Vorotan (the Azerbaijani name is Bargushad)," the Service has reported on the Facebook.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 13, Karabakh rescuers discovered the remains of an Armenian soldier in Matagis (the Azerbaijani name is Sugovushan).
