Tseretilova's children returned to mother after intervention of Chechen law enforcers

Magomed Tseretilov tried to secure the defence of Chechen authorities in his conflict with his ex-wife over his children, but in the end, after a talk with Chechen law enforcers and court marshals, he handed the children over to Nina Tseretilova, a resident of Dagestan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 24, 2021, the court satisfied the claim of Nina Tseretilova, a resident of Dagestan, for the custody over her children. In July, the procedure for the children transfer was disrupted due to court marshals' inaction, Ms Tseretilova has stated. In October, the transfer of the children was disrupted again. The father failed to bring the children to Makhachkala, explaining this by the fact that the eldest son ran away, and the younger ones cry and do not want to go anywhere.

In the evening on October 13, the Chechen service of court marshals handed over the children to Nina Tseretilova, her ex-husband Magomed Tseretilov has informed today. According to his version, he gave the children to their mother by his own decision, made after explanations with law enforcers and the Chechen service of court marshals. Tseretilov has explained that he and his children went to Chechnya with their consent "for a just decision" and stayed there for a week.
