Teen from Stavropol Territory apologizes to Kadyrov for insult

A Chechen Instagram public has posted a video in which a teenager from the Stavropol Territory apologizes to Ramzan Kadyrov for insulting him. Some social network users were outraged by the fact that the person who was filming the video inflicted several blows on the teen.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the flash mob, containing a mentioning of the head of Chechnya, was launched on the Instagram after on May 17, Kadyrov threatened to liquidate the social network user for the latter's comment "you are not a human being, you are just a shaitan." On May 19, the "Grozny" TV Channel released a video with apologies of the commentator's father and other relatives; the author of the comment turned out to be a 15-year-old native of Dagestan. On May 27, a resident of Perm apologized to the head of Chechnya for insults; and on June 10 – a teenager from Kabardino-Balkaria.

A flash mob dedicated to Kadyrov with the word "shaitan" indicates people's rejection of the practice of public apologies, says Svetlana Gannushkina, the chair of the "Civil Assistance" Committee.
