Instagram users support demand to punish organizers of flash mob on Mamayev Kurgan

The participants of the flash mob in support of Vladimir Putin, held on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd, were involved there by deception, for which the organizers of the action should respond, social network users insist.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 4, on Mamayev Kurgan, a video was filmed in support of Vladimir Putin, in which state servants took part. Most of them were sure that they took part as extras in filming a video clip of the "Lube" ensemble. On February 12, Volgograd residents sent an appeal to the Russian General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) and the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) demanding to hold responsible the organizers of the event on Mamayev Kurgan.

Commentators to the post placed on the page of the "Caucasian Knot" on the Instagram about the appeal of Volgograd townspeople to the GPO and ICRF have supported their demand.

"Well done," the user frrfeynf has supported the demand to punish the organizers on the Instagram, as well as the user gamzatov_1175. "Bravo, I support you," the user iren_ivashchenko has commented.

"People had been lured by deception. Let organizers answer for this," the user karagodina.liudmila has written.

Some users don't believe in punishment for those who organized the action in support of Putin. "If the action was for Putin, no one will be punished," the user ivantarmakulin is sure.
