Experts notice contradictions in version of Kazbek Baidulaev's killing

The killing by law enforcers of Kazbek Baidulaev, who had already been declared killed earlier, could be an imitation, representatives of the 1Adat Telegram Channel suggest. The photo from the place of the special operation released by the law enforcement bodies gives reason to doubt the version of the Kazbek Baidulaev's death, a criminal law expert confirms.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 15, a counterterrorist operation (CTO) took place in the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya, after which Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced that suspected militant Kazbek Baidulaev had been killed in the special operation. According to the law enforcement bodies, Kazbek Baidulaev refused to surrender, tried to throw a grenade at law enforcers, and was killed by return fire. Meanwhile, the name of Kazbek Baidulaev was already mentioned among the suspects killed in the special operation conducted on October 11 in the Sernovodsky District of Chechnya near the border with Ingushetia.

The story with the killing of Kazbek Baidulaev still leaves doubts concerning the possible imitation of the special operation, a source from the administration of the 1Adat Telegram Channel told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"The version of imitation is relevant, since our source was an eyewitness. He said that when he saw the dead body for the first time, it was still warm, but then he had to move away, and when he returned, the head of the dead body already had a sign of a bullet. Our source is from the law enforcement bodies," explained the administrator of the 1Adat Telegram Channel.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent requested an officer of the Investigating Department for the investigation of particularly important cases in one of the regions of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) and an experienced criminal law expert, on condition of anonymity, to describe the reasons for the death from a photo of the killed person.

The described wounds on the body of the deceased man indicate that a shot in the head of Kazbek Baidulaev was fired while he was lying on the ground, the expert noted.
