Law enforcers report public repentances of residents of Chechnya

The Urus-Martan ROVD (District Interior Division) has spread a video recording of a prophylactic talk with the detainees and their repentances for drug use and drunk driving. A similar prophylactic talk was held in Gudermes.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Chechen law enforcers are used to regularly and publicly reprimanding local residents for various offenses.

The Urus-Martan ROVD has held a prophylactic talk with those convicted of using narcotic and psychotropic drugs, as well as those guilty of drunk driving. Not only the young detainees themselves were present, but also their relatives. Their parents were warned about their responsibility for their sons' misconduct.

In response, relatives promised to do better parenting in order to prevent such misconduct. The detainees themselves have stated that they repented and gave the word to improve, says the post in the Instagram public "ChP Grozny".

The public has posted another video report about a prophylactic talk conducted at the GIBDD (traffic police) of Gudermes. Violators of traffic rules were gathered at the GIBDD office.
