Shushi resident killed in a shelling attack
One person was killed and two others were injured during a shelling attack on the city of Shushi with a "Smerch" heavy multiple missile launcher, the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies reported.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Azerbaijan claimed a shelling attack on the country's villages, towns, and cities located in the frontline area. In turn, Nagorno-Karabakh reported about a missile strike on the city of Shushi at 10:50 a.m. local time.

Three local residents were injured in the missile attack by the Azerbaijani troops on the city of Shushi, the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies reported. "On October 28, the Azerbaijani side was shelling the city of Shushi from a 'Smerch' heavy multiple missile launcher. One civilian was killed and two others were injured," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by Unan Tadevosyan, an officer from the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies.
Unan Tadevosyan also reported that one of the missiles hit Stepanakert, and, according to the preliminary information, no one was injured. The cities were being subjected to shelling attacks closer to noon, the officer from the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies noted.
In total, since September 27, the number of killed civilians of Nagorno-Karabakh has reached 40, while 127 others have been injured.
