Armenia's Ombudsperson accuses Azerbaijani militaries of beheading prisoner of war
Unidentified persons, who claimed to be Azerbaijani military servicemen, called the brother of the Armenian soldier and informed about beheading him, Arman Tatoyan, the Armenian Ombudsperson has stated.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 17, a humanitarian truce entered into force in the Karabakh conflict zone, but the sides keep exchanging accusations of shelling.

Arman Tatoyan, Armenian Ombudsperson, has blamed Azerbaijani militaries for using violence against an Armenian soldier. According to his version, a brother of the Armenian soldier received a call from a man who said that he was an Azerbaijani soldier. The man said that they had beheaded the Armenian soldier, after which the photo of the casualty was posted in the network.
According to the Ombudsperson, the casualty's brother spoke on the phone with those who called him, and they "mocked him and spoke the language of enmity and hatred."
"These are barbaric and openly terrorist methods," Mr Tatoyan wrote on the Facebook, adding that he is aware of other facts of torture on the troops contact line.
