Azerbaijan and Armenia report battles in Nagorno-Karabakh
Two Azerbaijani civilians have suffered from the shelling conducted by Armenian militaries; the Goranboy, Terter, Agdam and Agdjabedi Districts are being shelled, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed. This morning, the Azerbaijani side attacked the northern and south-western directions of the frontline, Armenian authorities have stated today.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 10, an agreement on ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone entered into force, but the parties to the conflict continued to report about battles and shelling attacks.

Situation in the Karabakh conflict zone this night was tense; the Armenia's unified information centre has reported. "At night, there was relative tension in the conflict zone. Azerbaijan resumed active shelling in the morning in the northern and south-western directions," says a message posted in the centre's Facebook page.
In the morning on October 15, the Azerbaijani state TV reported that two residents of the village of Bakharly in the Agdam District, Shakhsuvar Veliev and Logman Musaev, were wounded as a result of artillery shelling. The Azerbaijani MoD has confirmed the fighting on the frontline. "At night on October 15, the situation in the Agdere-Agdam and Fizuli-Gadrut-Djebrail front directions, as during the previous days, remained tense. At night, the Armenian Armed Forces attempted to attack the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in some sections of the frontline," the Azerbaijani MoD has reported today in its website.
"The Armenian Armed Forces, in violation of the humanitarian ceasefire, began shelling the territories of the Goranboy, Terter, Agdam and Agdjabedi Districts," another message posted on the MoD's website has stated.
