New Salman Tepsurkaev's video causes criticism in social network

Salman Tepsurkaev, a resident of Chechnya, whose humiliation video triggered resonance in the republic, has recorded a new one, in which he stated that he was "handed over" to special services. Some Instagram users condemned the young man; others were outraged by his punishment.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the video, in which a naked man sits on a bottle, stating that he did it as punishment for cooperating with the Telegram channel that criticized Chechen authorities, caused a resonance in Chechnya. The authors of the 1ADAT channel stated that the moderator of their chat was kidnapped and humiliated by law enforcers. Lawyers suggested that the video was based on rape and torture of the man.

In his new video, Tepsurkaev says that he was "found" because he was "handed over" to special services, and threatens the person in charge with shame.

Some Instagram users have condemned the young man for his statements.

"You are not a Chechen," the user yusup_israilov95 has written.Screens

"Placing a man onto a bottle – it was too much, Muslims should not do this; it's very disgusting," the user strasbourg666 has commented.

"Show me at least one country or republic where authorities use similar punishments. Aren't you ashamed before other nations?" the user junas698 has stated, noting that there are other punishments for the guy's misconduct, but not those that are prohibited by Islam.

Local residents are sure that Tepsurkaev is in law enforcers' hands and is forced to say what they demand from him. After the latest statements, the attitude towards him began changing from sympathy to antagonism.
