Karabakh invalids: getting "Oka" without a bribe is often impossible
In was planned to distribute "Oka" automobiles among the veterans of the Karabakh war till the end of this month. However, now the authorities remark that for different reasons they will not be able to finish the campaign before the start of the next year, the "Day.az" informs.
One of the reasons, for which the project is postponed, lies in frequent disputes arising when the sequence of granting cars is broken. The invalids themselves assert that in some cases it is simply impossible to receive a car without a bribe.
According to the information of the "Olailar," obtained from the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the exact number of Karabakh veterans who are entitled to get the cars is still unknown. It is marked that the minister does not approve the offer to revise the waiting lists of Karabakh invalids.
