Sources report detainees in case on killing of Ingush law enforcer
Two out of the three men suspected of attacking Uvais Aliev, a fighter of the National Guard of Russia, were detained in Ingushetia. The suspects were brought to a police station, sources reported.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 28, Uvais Aliev, a 32-year-old Senior Lieutenant of the National Guard of Russia, was shot dead on the outskirts of the Yandare village. Investigators did not determine the main version of the murder. Meanwhile, the incident was most likely an attack of extremists, a source from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported.
The police detained two men suspected of killing Uvais Aliev, an informed source reported. According to the source, the suspects are local residents. They were taken to the police station o give testimony, the "Interfax-Yug" reports today.
