The authorities of Chechnya, which is a subsidized Russian region, has allocated 10.2 million roubles for orders and medals named after Akhmat Kadyrov. The awards should be made of gold and decorated with precious stones, as it follows from the public procurement website.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2019, the State Institution "Centre for Supporting the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic" placed an order for the manufacture of 20 orders and medals of gold and precious stones named after Akhmat Kadyrov, for which 4.6 million roubles from the budget of Chechnya was allocated.
