Tumso announces details of accomplices in blogger Aliev's murder

The Chechen natives living in France and Germany, who helped the alleged killer of blogger Imran Aliev, have confessed to Tumso Abdurakhmanov that they were unaware about the aim of their fellow countryman's arrival in Europe.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 1, it became known that the body of Imran Aliev, a native of Chechnya and a blogger known as Mansur Stary, was found with stab wounds in a hotel in the French city of Lille. Imran Aliev was stabbed to death by a resident of the Gudermes District of Chechnya, who has already returned to the republic, Tumso Abdurakhmanov stated on February 2.

A fragment of the live broadcast, which Tumso Abdurakhmanov held on February 2, is posted on his YouTube channel and is entitled "Details of Mansur Stary's murder". Abdurakhmanov said in his video that information had already been handed over to the police about the identity of the alleged killer, and the documents that he had used, and the route of his travel.

The blogger has explained that, according to his version, after killing Aliev, the alleged criminal went not to the nearest airport, but to Berlin, where he was met by other natives of Chechnya. "There, he was met by Chechens who had earlier transferred money to him; in my opinion, the sum of 2000 euros was named. For this money they bought him new clothes and an air ticket from Berlin to Moscow; then, they put him on the plane, and he flew away," Tumso has narrated his version, adding that he received this information, in particular, from those natives of Chechnya. "They came to me and said that they had been used blindly," Mr Abdurakhmanov has explained.

He urged these people to turn to law enforcement bodies.

Abdurakhmanov has also appealed to authorities of France, Germany and Belgium and other countries, if they are "interested in investigating this crime." "I am ready to provide you with all the information I have," he said.
