On Facebook, Volgograd residents criticized for taking "handouts" from son of Chechen deputy envoy

In Volgograd, people who agreed to catch the banknotes thrown by blogger Alfredo Auditore have lost their self-esteem, Internet users believe. Blogger's father Tamerlan Nosaev, the deputy envoy of the leader of Chechnya in the Volgograd Region, justified the action of his son.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that during his action held on January 6, the blogger threw 200,000 roubles into the crowd of Volgograd residents. People created a crush while catching the banknotes. Tamerlan Nosaev, the blogger's father, explained that the money was the advertising budget of a Moscow company for which the blogger worked.

The action provoked the indignation of Internet users.

"Where is self-esteem of those people? How can they create a crush because of the money thrown by the Chechen blogger like handouts? What future can we create by such actions?" wrote Tatiana, a reader of the Volgograd edition "V1".

Tamerlan Nosaev said that he saw nothing wrong in the action arranged by his son, the RIA "Novosti" reports. He also reported pressure aimed to disrupt his son's action.

"Before the start of the action, there were rumours that my son would be arrested, they said, an order was received 'from above'," said the deputy envoy of the leader of Chechnya in the Volgograd Region.

Tamerlan Nosaev emphasized that he did not consider his official position an obstacle for his son to conduct such actions.
