Opponent of Batal-Khadji community voices price of Ibragim Eldjarkiev's assassination

A person close to leaders of the Batal-Khadi's wird (concept) organized the assassination of Ibragim Eldjarkiev, the chief of the Ingush Centre for Combating Extremism (CCE), for 60 million roubles, said Shamil Bulguchev, a native of Ingushetia, in his appeal to the leader of the republic.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 2, Ibragim Eldjarkiev, the head of the Ingush CCE (also known as "E" Centre) was shot dead in Moscow. His brother also perished.

Ibragim Eldjarkiev had a conflict with members of the Batal-Khadji community, an influential Ingush society. After Ibragim Belkharoev, one of the leaders of the followers of the Batal-Khadji's doctrine, was murdered in December 2018, his relatives suggested that law enforcers from the Ingush Centre for Combating Extremism could stand behind the murder. Investigators consider blood feud as one of the priority versions of the murder of the Ingush CCE's chief.

On November 4, Shamil Bulguchev, a native of Ingushetia, who lives abroad and criticizes the Belkharoev family, posted a video on YouTube under the title "Appeal to the Leader of the Republic of Ingushetia".

The video shows the man who reports he has earlier appealed to Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, the leader of Ingushetia, with a request to investigate cases of attacks on his relatives, but the leader of the republic did not respond. According to Shamil Bulguchev, on November 3, a house of his elder brother was set on fire. Shamil Bulguchev accuses his opponents of arson and appeals to Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov with a request to "stop" them.

Shamil Bulguchev claims that on November 3, one of the Belkharoev family members phoned him and threatened to set his house on fire. Shamil Bulguchev notes that he has earlier mentioned the name of the man as involved in the murder of Ibragim Eldjarkiev. According to Shamil Bulguchev, a person close to the leaders of the Batal-Khadji's wird paid 60 million roubles for the assassination of the top-ranking law enforcer. So far, the "Caucasian Knot" does not have any confirmation of the Shamil Bulguchev's statements and cannot verify their authenticity.
