Social network users ridicule TV story on Islam Kadyrov's interrogation
The report by the ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company) about a visit of Islam Kadyrov, a former Mayor of Grozny, to the investigator has been staged, commentators have stated in Chechen publics of the Instagram assert. Islam Kadyrov will evade punishment, Chechen residents believe.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 24, the ChGTRK "Grozny" showed a video, in which Islam Kadyrov, the then Mayor of Grozny, applied an electric shocker to a woman. Then, the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) announced a check of the facts depicted in the video. On November 1, Islam Kadyrov, according to the TV report, spent three hours with the investigator.
Reporters have presented Islam Kadyrov's visit to the investigator as something resonant; however, there is no evidence of the significance of this event, Aslanbek, an activist, has noted.
"For Islam Kadyrov, this whole story of torture, threats and blackmailing people will end happily," Salavdi, a Grozny resident, is sure.
By summoning Islam Kadyrov to the investigating department, Chechen authorities reacted to the words of the blogger, Tumso Abdurakhmanov, Imran, an activist, has noted.
Sultan, a Grozny resident, has treated the video as "a performance." "He calmly goes to the investigators and just as calmly goes out of there," he has noted.
Let us note here that the YouTube, at the request of the Chechen TV, has blocked the video of the "Caucasian Knot" about Islam Kadyrov's threats to local residents and the use of an electric shocker (a stun gun) by him.
