After plot reports, Chechen officials vow allegiance to Kadyrov

Apti Alaudinov, the boss of the Chechen Police, and Valid Abdureshidov, the head of the administration of the Urus-Martan District, have publicly stated that they had not betrayed Ramzan Kadyrov. Alaudinov voiced threats against journalists who wrote about a conspiracy against the head of Chechnya.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 7, the Telegram channel "SKFO Telegraph" (SKFO means the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), – note of the "Caucasian Knot") spread information about an attempt to poison Ramzan Kadyrov. According to the channel, two former Mayors of Chechen cities and a high-ranking law enforcer are suspected of plotting the attempt.

Police Major General Apti Alaudinov recorded a video appeal stating that he'd "never been a traitor." He accompanied his assurances of allegiance to the head of Chechnya by threats against journalists.

"I'll search for these freaks who write this dirt on me, and I'll honestly make them answer. So, you, shaitans, look for a place to hide," wrote Alaudinov.

Valid Abdureshidov, the head of the administration of the Urus-Martan District of Chechnya, has recorded a video message addressed to "gossipers" in the Chechen language, and on the same day posted a similar text in Russian in his Instagram page. Abdureshidov has emphasized that he is loyal to the current head of Chechnya and remains a "devoted member of the team," founded by Akhmat Kadyrov.
