Azerbaijan reports shelling attack on its border village

The positions of the Azerbaijani troops were shelled 24 times within 24 hours, and a village located in the area bordering Armenia fell under fire, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Azerbaijan reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 1, Azerbaijan reported 22 shelling attacks in the conflict zone.

In the period from September 2 to 3, the ceasefire regime in the conflict zone was violated 24 times, the Azerbaijani positions came under fire in the village of Gushchu Airym in the Gazakh District, as well as at nameless heights in the Gadabay District, the Azerbaijani MoD reported. The fire came from the direction of Armenia and from the areas considered by Azerbaijan as its occupied territories, the Azerbaijani MoD reports.
