Two soldiers killed in explosion in Azerbaijani military unit

Two soldiers were killed and another was seriously wounded when a shell fell to the ground, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reports.

According to the Azerbaijani MoD, this morning, the explosion has occurred after a soldier dropped a tank shell from his hands. Ensign Amiddin Agalarov and Junior Sergeant Samir Salakhov were killed. Ensign Nurlan Mamedov was seriously wounded.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 10, a soldier of the Azerbaijani army was killed on the contact line of troops in the Karabakh conflict zone. The Azerbaijani MoD accused Armenia of provocation and stated that the incident threatened to disrupt the peace talks.
