Policeman killed in Chechnya was sent from Novokuznetsk

The policeman, who was fatally wounded during an attack on the post in the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya, was on a business trip from the Kemerovo Region. He died on the way to the hospital.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that an unknown person stabbed a policeman, who was on duty at the post stationed in the village of Katyr-Yurt of the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya; then, he threw a grenade and was killed by return fire.

The above attack on policemen in the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya was the third one committed in the republic since the start of 2019.

The Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has announced that the perished policeman arrived on a business trip from the Kemerovo Region.
