Kadyrov answers to blogger's criticism of his father comparison with Prophet Muhammad

Ramzan Kadyrov continued his remote dispute with blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov about his father and equated Akhmat Kadyrov with Prophet Muhammad. Residents of Chechnya have treated this comparison as incorrect. Kadyrov has equated his father to the prophet in an effort to win believers' sympathy, Orientalists believe.

Kadyrov compared his father with Prophet Muhammad during a horse riding tour organized by Chechen authorities over the Terek Range.

"No one has ever thought to compare Akhmat-Haji with the Prophet. How can a mere mortal human be compared with the Allah's Messenger?" Sultan, a Grozny resident, has expressed his bewilderment.

A comparison of a human with Prophet Muhammad as a moral standard of Muslims is theoretically permissible, but Ramzan Kadyrov's statement about his father is clearly propagandistic, the Caucasian historians interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" believe.

Residents of Chechnya associate Kadyrov's statement, as well as his previous ones about his father with Tumso Abdurakhmanov, Kadyrovs' critic.

"Kadyrov is very painfully taking any criticism of his father and himself," said Umar, a local resident.

The large-scale horse ride with the participation of 1204 equestrians was included in the Russian Book of Records as "the most massive horse riding tour in national clothes in the world." The equestrians included high-ranking law enforcers, officials and clergymen; and the ride was headed by Ramzan Kadyrov in person.

Such actions are arranged for the entertainment of Chechen authorities, but they annoy residents of the republic, Ruslan Kutaev, the head of the Assembly of Caucasian Nations, believes.
