Sources report fourth man wounded in shelling of policemen in Ingushetia

Murad Kodzoev, a son of the former head of the Nasyr-Kort administration, was wounded in an attack on a car of Ibragim Eldjarkiev, the head of the Ingush Centre for Combating Extremism (CCE or "E" Centre), in the Sunzha District of Ingushetia. Murad Kodzoev was hospitalized, hospital sources reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 12, a car of Ibragim Eldjarkiev was shelled in Ingushetia. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), there were four policemen and a 27-year-old resident of Nazran in the car. The republican clinical hospital reported that three policemen had been wounded. On January 13, it was reported that one of them died.

After the car with law enforcers had been shelled, Murad Kodzoev was also brought to the hospital with gunshot wounds. He underwent surgery, and bullets were taken out of his body. Doctors assessed his condition as stable, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed on January 14 by sources from the hospital.

The sources did not disclose the reason why Murad Kodzoev had been in the car together with the law enforcers during the shelling.

Murad Kodzoev, wounded during the shelling of the Ibragim Eldjarkiev's car, is a son of Magomed Kodzoev, the former head of the Nasyr-Kort administration, reports the "Fortang ORG" on Facebook.
