Azerbaijan registers 28 attacks per day

Units of the Armenian armed forces 28 times violated the ceasefire regime by using large-calibre machine guns, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reports today.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 22, Azerbaijan registered 22 cases of shelling during the day. In its turn, the Ministry of Defence for Nagorno-Karabakh claimed 80 attacks on its positions from the Azerbaijani side in the period from November 11 to 17.

On November 22-23, positions of the Azerbaijani army were shelled from territories near the villages of Chilyabyurt in the Tartar District, Bash Karvend, Abdinli, Yusifdjanly, and Merzili in the Agdam District, Asagy Veiselli, Gobu Dilagarda, Karvend, Garakhanbeili, and Kyurdlyar in the Fizuli District, Nyuzgyar and Mekhdili in the Djabrail District, and also from the nameless heights of the Goranboy and Khojavand Districts, the website of the Azerbaijani MoD reports today.

By 12:35 p.m. of today, on their official websites, the Ministries of Defence for Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh have not yet commented on the statement voiced by the Azerbaijani MoD.
