The police are looking for an alleged accomplice of the two men killed in a shootout in the Urus-Martan District. Relatives of the casualties have complained about the ban to hold a commemoration ceremony.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported, referring to law enforcers, that on November 11, near the village of Martan-Chu of the Urus-Martan District, two men, born in 1994 and 2001, attempted to hijack a car, rendered armed resistance during detention and were shot dead.

After the shootout, policemen detained all the males from the casualties' families, local residents have reported.

After the attacks on law enforcers in Chechnya, the 18-year-old Magomed Musaev was declared to be the organizer thereof; he was killed during an attack on the police station in the Shali District, the "Grozny" TV Channel has reported. His father, Ramzan Musaev, "damned his son and those who choose the path of terror."

The casualties' families did not hold the commemoration (tezet) because of law enforcers' ban, said Khasan, a resident of Urus-Martan.
