In the 2nd quarter of 2018, 4 persons fell victim to armed conflict in Ingushetia

In the period from April 1 to June 30, 2018, in Ingushetia, four persons fell victim to the armed conflict. All of them were killed. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

In June 2018, four persons were killed in Ingushetia, including three suspected militants and a civilian. No wounded were reported. Meanwhile, in May and April, no one fell victim to the armed conflict in the territory of the republic.

The "Caucasian Knot" notes that the provided statistics cannot reflect the number of victims with the 100 percent accuracy. Not all information is included in the news reports. It is not always possible to check the reliability of the statements voiced by the law enforcement bodies. Besides, new facts about the events of the reporting period become often known after the statistics had been already published on the "Caucasian Knot".

In 2017, at least 24 people fell victim to the armed conflict in Ingushetia. Of them, 11 were killed and other 13 were wounded. In 2016, in Ingushetia, 19 victims to the armed conflict were reported, including 15 were killed and other four wounded. In 2015, at least 21 people fell victim to the armed conflict in the republic. Of them, 16 were killed and other five were wounded.
