Azerbaijan: a border village in conflict zone shelled

The positions of the Azerbaijani army in the village of Bala Jafarli were shelled 25 times a day, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 29, Azerbaijan claimed 29 cases of shelling of its positions per day. In turn, Nagorno-Karabakh registered 100 attacks on the positions of the Defence Army for the week, from October 14 to 20.

Starting from the morning on October 29 to the morning on October 30, the ceasefire regime in the Karabakh conflict zone was violated 25 times a day. The positions of the Azerbaijani army in the village of Bala Jafarli in the Gazakh District were shelled, the Azerbaijani MoD reported. According to the military officials, the fire came from Armenia and from the territories "near the occupied villages."
