Krasnodar police detain activists with posters in "Three Billboards" style

Activists have held a picket in the central street of Krasnodar with election campaigning posters styled as banners from the movie "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri".

The action was held on March 11 in the vicinity of Pushkin Square, where the pre-election concert rally took place on that day.

The pre-election event was attended by 15,000 people, the "Kuban" State TV and Radio Company has reported.

Pensioners and students were the main spectators of the agitation concert. Activists counted 64 buses parked in the nearby streets, which were used to bring workers of various enterprises and organizations to the action, the edition named "Voice of the Kuban" has reported.

Three activists were in turn standing in solo pickets with posters: "20 million beggars", "100 dollar billionaires", "Do you elect this Russia?"

After they left Krasnaya Street, they were detained by policemen at a tram stop, the OVD-Info has reported.

After the questioning, the detainees were released, the "Yugopolis" has reported.
