The man held meetings at the company's office, and he called them training sessions. At the meetings, participants discussed religious and political topics and selected candidates to be sent to Syria.

A source from the law enforcement bodies, the citizen of Kazakhstan was married to a local woman. After his detention, he claimed that he had divorced her, but during a search at the woman's house, law enforcers found the detainee's belongings and religious books, the "Kommersant" reports.
