Relatives of the person who died at Vladikavkaz police station demand objective inquiry

Today, about 300 residents of Vladikavkaz came out to picket in support of relatives of Vladimir Tskaev, who died at the police after interrogation. His close relatives fear that policemen want to "hush up" his death.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Tskaev died on November 1, 2015; his relatives are sure that he was tortured.

Ten policemen were detained in connection with Tskaev's death; two of them concluded a deal with investigators.

At the picket against policemen's lawlessness, Georgy Tskaev, Vladimir's brother, blamed investigators for inefficiency; he pointed out that the figurants were at large, and demanded to re-qualify the charge from causing death by negligence into a murder.
