Zaur Dadaev convoyed to Karelia

Zaur Dadaev, a native of Chechnya, convicted under the case of Boris Nemtsov's murder, has been convoyed to High-Security Colony No. 9 in the city of Petrozavodsk.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 13, 2017, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced five Chechen natives accused of killing of Boris Nemtsov. Zaur Dadaev, who was considered by investigators to be the gunman, was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

The Russian Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) has decided that Dadaev would serve his term at the above Petrozavodsk colony, the Karelian edition "Stolitsa na Onego" has reported today.

Zaur Dadaev is already being convoyed from Moscow to Petrozavodsk via Saint Petersburg, the "Kavkaz.Realii" has informed today.
