The indictment on the case of plotting a coup d'état in Montenegro mentions the name of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, the Russian "Izvestia" writes referring to Montenegrin oppositionists.

Milan Knežević and Andrija Mandić, leaders of the oppositional "Democratic Front", accused of plotting a putsch in Montenegro, handed a letter to the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
