Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 119 bombings

During the past 24 hours, the Armenian Armed Forces violated the ceasefire on the contact line for 119 times, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated today.

According to its version, Azerbaijani positions in the villages and on nameless heights, located on the border with Armenia of the Gazakh, Tovuz and Gadabay Districts, and also in the zone of the Karabakh conflict, were subjected to shelling.

The MoD’s website notes that Armenia used large-calibre machine guns.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 6, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of 122 bombings committed during the day; on September 5 – of 107 shelling acts. Nagorno-Karabakh, in his turn, accused Azerbaijan of 200 shelling episodes within the week from August 27 to September 2.
